主要职责 Major Responsibilities:
* 根据福特车联网产品及功能的测试用例编写自动化测试脚本。
Develop automation test script, according to C&V products & functions.
* 根据福特测试需求设计及开发测试工具，如总线测试及性能测试。
Design and develop test tools, e.g. CAN tool & performance test tools
* 设计及开发福特辅助驾驶V2X等原型项目。
Design and develop ford prototype project, e.g. V2X
* 参与优化车联网项目开发及测试流程。
Optimize C&V project development & testing process.
* 车联网创新项目设计及开发。
Lead ford innovation projects design & development.
* 进一步研究车联网软件构架，特别是云端构架，并将其应用到目前的项目开发设计中。
Further study of C&V software architecture new technology research and try to apply to future projects;
* 增强车载CAN总线及以太网的知识及经验积累，以应对未来车载构架的变革。
Enhance the knowledge base of CAN bus and Ethernet in case of new challenge from next generation of vehicle.
* 增强自动驾驶领域的研究及经验，更多的机器学习特别是深度学习的知识储备。
Enhance the machine learning, especially deep learning knowledge.
* 协助团队提升自身软件及车载构架技能，协助管理及优化日常工作。
Assist team to upgrade and evaluate the skills of the project members.
* 积极参与福特内部创新及Pilot项目，积累辅助驾驶知识积累。
Participate in more innovation projects and pilot projects, more V2X etc. knowledge.
* 研究对比世面上现有产品及设计，改善并提出福特产品改善意见。
Benchmark for existing products, compare w/ Ford products, in order to optimize customer real needs.
* 根据现有车联网组件设计测试工具，优化及简化测试流程。
According to existing C&V components to design test tools, target to optimize and simplify test process.
* 调研各组建的自动化测试可行性，设计及开发自动化测试。
Investigate possibility of automation test for each component, design and develop test scripts.
* 参与并主导福特内部各类创新及试验项目开发设计。
Join and lead Ford internal innovation and pilot projects design & development.
* 对项目自动化测试及脚本构架提出修改及建议，评估。
Right of suggestion about R&D project;
* 主导创新及改变目前软件构架。
Lead Ford internal innovation and IT architecture optimization.
* 与客户沟通，展示工作成果。
Communicate with extern clients and deliver presentations on the report.
* 直线经理安排的其他任务。
Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by line manager or the management.

任职资格Qualifications:
* 计算机本科工学学士,电子电器相关专业
Bachelor degree of computer science and technology/EE relative major.
* 3年以上软件研发设计经验。
3Years’ above experience in R&D
* 良好的英语听说、读写能力；
Good English communication skills,
* 良好的技术及项目整理总结能力，良好的展示能力；
Good project and technology summarization ability, good presentation ability.
* 敏感的新技术学习，数据分析及对标车型的分析能力；
Sensitive to figures and good analysis and new knowledge learning capability.
* 良好的技术及项目管理沟通能力
Good communication and coordination skills;
* 熟知云端开发技术（阿里云/ Azure云等）
Good knowledge in cloud server(Aliyun / Azure) technology selection and investigation.
* 有嵌入式开发经验，能够快速开发原型
Have experience in embedded modem development (STM32 / Raspberry PI), can quick develop a useable prototype demo.
* 有总线工具使用经验，如：CANOE / Value CAN
Experience in CAN bus tools, such as CanOE, Value CAN.
* 熟悉手机（Android / iOS）及车机IVI娱乐系统自动化测试经验，使用工具有 APPIUM / SQUISH / ATX 等等
Familiar with mobile APP and IVI function automation, known the tools like Appium / Squish etc.
* 有基于云端的开发经验，开发语言及技术有：C# / .Net MVC / WCF / Linq / EntityFramework / Java Web / Spring / Spring MVC / MyBatis / Struts2 / JFinal / HTML / CSS / Jquery等
Much experience in cloud based development, C# / .Net MVC / WCF / Linq / EntityFramework / Java Web / Spring / Spring MVC / MyBatis / Struts2 / JFinal / HTML / CSS / Jquery etc.
* 熟悉数据库表设计，有SQL语句优化经验，熟悉Oracle / Sql Server / MySQL等
Familiar with database table design, much SQL optimization experience, used Oracle, Sql Server, Mysql, Sqlite etc.
* 有Android APP开发经验，跨平台混合开发经验（APICloud等），微信小程序开发经验。
Experience in Android App development, also have experience in cross-platform APICloud. Have WeChat related mini-app develop skills.
* 熟悉各种脚本开发
Know many script language like Python, VBA etc.
