职位描述
Major Responsibilities ：
* Initiate PAAK system concepts and architecture for vehicles lead by China with support from Ford engineer & suppliers. * Cooperate with cross function team on BLEM （蓝牙电子模块）module/BLEAM （蓝牙电子模块包含天线）antenna package. Work with supplier for performance CAE.
* Develop and manage PAAK system DVP&R with Ford engineer & suppliers.
* Lead the development and manage FMA （FEMA）documents Ford engineer & suppliers.
* Manage FEDE BOM（Bottom of Material）, 2D/3D in TCE （ The Ford central repository of vehicle CAD data）and P-release in WERS for PAAK system components.
* Oversee prototype build and testing, review results and prepare report. Manage components and vehicle level test in eFDVS （ Electronic Ford Design Verification System）for PAAK system following requirement in each milestone.
* Manage DT （电路Pin脚及Layout）and VESM（一个需求管理系统） review/approval for PAAK system components.
* Oversee the CRF/CMF/CR（不同阶段的Change Request） in each program for any design change on PAAK system components.
* Participate in root cause analysis and problem resolution as issues occur in all build event.
* Support all APQP activities including PPAP.Qualifications：
* Bachelor degree of Vehicle engineering /EE /computer science and technology;
* 5 (senior) years’ above experience in Automotive EE test and Validation or experience;.
* Familiar with automotive EE system, with Electronics HW experience
* Familiar with CAD SW
* Good English reading and writing；
* Sensitive to figures and good analysis and writing skills;
* Good communication and coordination skills;
* Have experience of Infotainment/telematics test;
