职位描述
Major Responsibilities：
* Lead the design, development, verification and release of wiring harness assembly and components for new programs.; 负责新程序的线束组件和组件的设计，开发，验证和发布;
* Lead the cost/ timing analysis of EDS development for new program or design changes; 领导针对线束系统开发新流程或设计变更的成本/时间分析;
* Lead interface between engineering/functional owners, supplier, manufacturing and core to ensure delivery on time and quality; 在工程/职能所有者，供应商，制造商和核心之间作为接口,领导团队的工作，以确保按时和按质交付。
* Manage FSS team to work closely on open task/ issues to ensure the on-time deliver for each milestone； 管理Ford、供应商和服务团队紧密合作处理未完成的任务/问题，以确保按时完成每个里程碑的交付。
* Manage high complexity of wiring harness and lead the optimization；
* 管理和控制线束的高复杂度并领导线束的优化工作；
* On-site support during prototype build and production launch at supplier and Ford plant locations； 在供应商和福特工厂的原型构建和生产启动过程中提供现场支持；
* Lead the design optimization to achieve cost reduction； 领导设计优化以降低成本；
Qualifications：
* 3年以上线束开发设计经验； 3+ years of wiring harness engineering experience.
* 电子信息/计算机/车辆工程本科 Bachelor’s degree of electronic information/computer science/ vehicle engineering etc
* 良好的英语听说、读写能力；和计划管理能力。 Good English communication skills，and program management skills.
* 扎实的汽车工程知识，尤其是线束设计知识; Solid automotive engineering knowledge, especially in wiring harness design; * 具有汽车新程序开发流程的知识（***使用GPDS） Strong knowledge of automotive new program development process (GPDS is preferred)；
