Key Responsibilities:

?Work closely with business department to implement HR strategies to strengthen organization effectiveness and support business growth.

?Provide a comprehensive recruitment solution to line managers and ensure all vacancies are filled in the most expeditious and cost effective manner.

?Identify HR service needs based on business operation, workforce planning, employee training and development needs.?Facilitate talent review and succession planning with line managers for talent management and develop effective program to retain talents.

? Provide support to line managers for employee performance management to achieve the business goals.

?Collaborate with HR team to supervise and monitor the implementation of HR policies and provide consultancy to employees on HR related issues.

?Partner with business leaders to drive on team morale and cohesiveness building up to enhance the employee engagement.

? Work closely with HR team in accomplishing other kinds of HR activities for the business growth.

Our Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources or related professional science.

? 7+ years HR work experiences, 3+ years as HRBP.

? Work experience in FMCG industry is a plus.

? Business acumen – deep understanding of business and employee workforce.

? Proactive in problem solving, skillful in multi-tasks.

? Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills

? Fluent in written and spoken English

? Acceptance 40% work in Guangzhou and 50% in Shenzhen.
