岗位职责:

？ Managing and leading the team to provide technical support and field management to OHRMMS projects.
？ Improving the maintenance standard for high-rise elevators, training and evaluating the mechanics, managing the stock parts, controlling the callback rate, as well as improving the field quality.
？ Leads field quality of new handover high-rise projects with the other departments. Cooperate with CA handover team to improve high rise units hand over quality.
？ Support to high rise project field turn back and AMT.
？ Establish AMT standard for special high rise product.
？ Continue to manage OHRMMS first class projects KPI and improve field quality and projects performance.
？ Establish standard to hold CRC meeting with factory and HRCLC.
？ Strengthen to improve OHRMMS projects customer satisfaction, support to branch get contract PA and T sales.
？ Expand OHRMMS projects to business class to involve more high level project include KA and 5 star hotel. Set new Business class projects management system and KPI.
？ Support to New high rise product development and release from factory and LDC.
？ Install and contribute high rise digital pre-maintenance system performance in 2021 in OHRMMS(Japanese control system)

任职资格:

1. Education & Certification教育背景和专业资格
？ Bachelor’s degree
？ CET-4

2. Experience工作经验
？ Familiar with OHRMMS performance and Nippon Otis product technology.
？ Familiar with OHRMMS first class project operation and field situation.
？ Technical support on Zone and HQ for high rise product.


3. Knowledge专业知识
？ Can use Auto CAD to draw simple plane and stereogram.
？ Skyrise Global trainer certification from HRCLC.



4. Others 其他
