1. To monitor Health & Safety staff in the branches to complete all training requests, and to organize, manage and keep the documentation up-to-date.

2. To evaluate the safety risks of major and complex MOD projects regarding project members, tools, subcontractors and working environment, etc.

3. To drive and foster safety culture in the region and branch level (e.g. posters in HO).

4. To track performance targets for Health & Safety, address performance issues as needed, define improvement opportunities and escalate issues as needed.

5. To support the creation of new improvement measures and implementation roadmaps.

6. To evaluate and monitor subcontractors' safety standards, track and manage subcontractors' performance to meet HO's standards, and constantly improve quality and effectiveness of safety training for subcontractor teams.

           

职位要求： 

1. Bachelor degree in Safety Engineering/Project Management or relevant majors.

2. Minimum of 8 years' experience in elevator & escalator related industry, including 5 years’ safety management experience.

3. Solid knowledge and experience in ISO 14001 and OHSAS18001 management.   

4. Extensive experience with safety and/or service and/or installation.    

5. Good command of MS Office s/w application, i.e. WORD,EXCEL,PowerPoint, etc.
