1.制定品质部体系文件的落实及业务培训工作；

2.负责公司体系文件执行过程的监控、纠正、规范；

3.针对检查过程中发现的管理问题跟进监督整改；

4.负责物业项目部客户满意、生活服务的管理和监督整改；

5.制定年度客户满意度提升策略及行动方案，并按照行动计划跟进监督；

任职要求：

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历,仪表气质佳；

2、五年以上物业管理企业同等职位工作经验优先；有商写管理经验；

3、熟悉物业管理行业相关法律法规，熟知环境、质量、安全三体系；

4、具有较强的沟通协调能力；

5、执行力、团队意识强。
