岗位职责：

1、负责对各项目进行品质检查、监督、指导；

2、组织编写工程品质检查工作报告，对检查中发现的问题出具改进意见并督促落实；

3、负责制订体系文件的培训计划并指导实施；

4、负责处理紧急突发事件并及时上报；

5、负责工程专业条线制定服务质量检验标准、服务质量检验流程及方法；

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，具有3年以上物业项目管理经验；

2、熟悉各类物业设备的运行、维护、保养、管理工作；

3、具备良好的沟通表达、团队领导、协调能力；

4、对物业的装修、水电、管道等方面有较丰富的操作经验；

5、熟悉物业设施设备的前期安装及后期维护保养，能有效处理工程方面的投诉及组织工程整改。
