1. 负责公司管辖各项目日常物业管理服务经营行为，进行运营管理、监督、指导，推动建立公司运营管控体系。

2. 负责组织公司质量管理体系的建立、实施、监督管理和持续改进，做好内审；

3. 负责制定运营管理部年度经济工作计划并负责实施，合理安排、调配布置部门工作；

4. 负责各项目物业管理服务过程的质量检查和指导；

5. 负责落实各项目的客户满意度的信息收集、归类分析工作；

6. 负责协助物业前期管理、接管验收、招投标工作开展，并对续签项目做好评审服务；

7.负责对公司管理服务工作不到位失误引起的投诉归口管理，协助领导处理重大投诉；

8.负责公司多种经营业务开展、实施、监督、管理；

9.负责公司重点工作督办和完成领导交办的其他任务。
