Key Accountabilities

1. Principally responsible for daily study.

2. Often responsible for managing assigned research tasks and liaising regularly with assigned research department personnel.

3. Participate in experiment raw data collection/statistical analyses.

4. Routinely responsible for ensuring compliance with all institutional and regulatory protocols, policies, and guidelines.

5. Expected to draft and implement study design and in the evaluation and implementation of new procedures for pursuing continuous learning/professional development opportunities, enhancing/expanding skill set, and reviewing company SOPs/techniques.

6. Other duties and responsibilities as may be required.

u Minimum Education, Experience & Skills：

1. Master degree or above in biology, pharmacology or related life science field.

2. Minimum 3 years’ work experience in the pharmaceutical industry drug discovery or similar scientific research experience in laboratory.

3. Qualified candidates will have well developed interpersonal and communication skills, a strong background providing high quality technical support, ability to perform literature searches and apply new scientific methods to train technicians.

4. A strong dedication to science.

5. Candidates must be reliable, independent, work well in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment, and focused on attention-to-detail in providing consistent, high-quality results and scientific analysis. Able to work weekends, holidays and during inclement weather.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SPSS, or GraphPad Prism use desirable.
