Essential Duties

As Shared Service representative physically located in Shanghai, this role will be responsible for,

- Liaise with HR Shared Service Hub, labor outsourcing vendor and other service providers, employees and government authorities to provide local HR Operations support.

- Documentation management (print, chop, archive, collection & courier).

- Verify outsourcing vendors invoice and coordinate fee payment process.

- Assist Hukou/Residence Permit application.

- Other tasks assigned.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor degree or above (fresh graduate is acceptable), or 1-2 years HR operation experience with a multinational company will preferred.
• Basic English reading and writing capabilities are essential.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Great team player
• Proficient with MS Office Software
