1. 制定部门日常菜单， 执行适合的餐饮产品搭配。

3. 根据菜单安排、库存情况预估及草拟食品原料采购需求订单。

4. 协调食品原料配送中出现的问题；验收食品原料，确保卫生、安全及质量符合公司标准。

5. 食品原料初加工（切配；清洗）及烹饪工作，控制菜肴品质，保障菜品卫生、安全、口味、份量等符合公司标准。

6. 监督部门员工遵守公司规章制度；遵守卫生安全规定；训练员工专业技能；对下级业绩评估与考核。

7. 开餐期间，主动与顾客进行日常沟通，了解顾客的需求。

8. 随时检查设施设备的运行情况，杜绝安全隐患

任职要求：

1. 职业高中或高中以上学历（专业烹饪学校或持烹饪相关专业中级以上证书）。

2. 5年以上团餐实际操作经验；2年以上厨房管理经验。

3.  熟练的烹调技能；熟练掌握食品卫生安全制度；熟悉餐饮成本控制知识。

4. 制定团餐菜单能力；菜品创新能力。

5. 沟通协调能力；团队合作及优秀的服务意识。

6. 办公软件操作基本技能（Excel；Word）。
