工作内容：

1. Defines develops and implements Supply base strategies that drive improvements is supplier selection development and leverage across customer programs for quality improvements and cost savings.

2. Provides regular updates to Quality Engineering Manager on the execution of the strategy.

3. Defines and develops the appropriate Inspection Plans and Inspection Methods directs Receiving Inspection Auditors Defines and develops the inspection processes via inspection aids and instruction guidelines.

4. Performance will be reported internally to the supplier and to the customer where applicable.

5. Reviews all supplier discrepancies.

6. Coordinates and tracks the corrective preventative action effort.

7. Proactively communicate information or issues that may impact the product costs or manufacturability to all affected departments.

8. Provides insight and assistance of implementing and maintaining Process Improvement and Optimization concentrating on proactive methodologies with the supply base.

9. Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

工资待遇：25-35k

招聘要求：

1. GD&T Expertise 尺寸公差知识

2. Metrology concepts and gauge development expertise

3. Working knowledge of metrology equipment such as CMM, OMM, vision system inspections(AOI)

4. Statistics concept and statistical data analysis expertise for manufacturing world problem solving through tools like Design of Experiments (DOE), ANOVA, Multi-Vari Analysis, Regression, Use quality tools (JMP, Minitab) to do analysis

5. Written and verbal communication skills in English.

6. Problem solving skill, Root Cause and Corrective actions skill.

7. Project management experience

8. 5~10 year Quality related working experience on Manufacturing
