职位描述
<会务接待助理-负责商务写字楼楼层会议室管理，商务会务迎宾、领位和接待>
工作时间：9:00-18:00
具体描述：
1.需要负责会议室摆放、茶水服务（包括准备茶水）、会务现场加水服务；
2.下楼引接、引领客户到会议室，按时进行会议参与活动，并且进行会务服务接待沟通；
3. 协助会务行政人员和其他各类专员预订餐厅，接待物资消耗统计盘点采购等；
岗位要求：
1.有餐饮服务背景、***是星级酒店西餐厅、中餐厅或者宴会厅领位经验、接待经验；
2.有良好的沟通能力和服务意识，笑容甜美，有亲和力；能够让参加商务会议的VIP访客感受到亲切感；
3.能够接受商务写字楼-办公类别的会务服务接待和茶歇接待工作；有耐心、有责任心；
