JOB SUMMARY工作概要：

Manage and lead the maintenance team of NCIP site include maintenance contractor to provide good service and support to production and relevant departments in order to ensure the production running at high reliability and with cost effectiveness; Pre-maintenance and repair for production machines and facilities; Control of spare parts for production machines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责：

Manage and direct the maintenance team, who is responsible for repairing and maintaining mechanical, E & I systems, equipment and site facility.

1. Manage, direct and motivate subordinate personnel to achieve department goals in timely and safe manner while continuously improving subordinate skills;管理，领导和激励下属人员及时、安全的实现部门目标,不断提高下属的技能;

2. Build an overall maintenance strategy, continue to optimize CMMS system for the plant; 建立总体维护战略，继续优化工厂CMMS系统；

3. Set up and improve the technical trainings for each level continuously, in order to meet the position’s requirement. 建立并持续改善各层次技能培训，满足岗位的技能需求。

4. Setup maintenance contractor management procedure, and monitor to implement. At the same time to set up reasonable KPI to track the contractors’ performance. 建立承包商管理程序，并监督执行。同时设定合理的KPI跟踪承包商的绩效；

EHS管理EHS management -15%

1. Administer safety programs implement in order to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees, and contractors; 部门安全程序实施管理以确保给员工和承包商提供一个安全的和清洁的工作场所;

Observe and abide by company policies, practices and rules; 观察并遵守公司的政策、实践和规则;

2. Set up the suitable KPI to motivate staff to follow and carry out all EHS policies and procedures. 设定合适的指标，激励员工自觉遵守和执行公司的各项EHS管理规定及程序。

持续改善管理Continue Improvement management-15%

1. Follow LEAN programs to carry out the maintenance work; 遵循精益项目进行维护工作;

2. Develop and implement the TPM in the plant; 开发和实施工厂TPM;

3. Execute all the improvement/upgrade projects for site from end to end; 自始至终执行工厂所有的改进/升级项目；

4. Maintain 5S through the entire area of responsibility, in conformity with the standards set by the company；维护5 s在整个区域的责任,符合公司标准；

5. Support all aspects of plant and departmental quality; 支持工厂所有与质量相关的工作;

费用控制Cost Control- 10%

1. Maintain and repair plant/equipment at the least possible cost while ensuring continuous plant operations throughout the year; 使用较少的成本维护和维修厂房/设备确保工厂全年连续操作;

2. Prepare and monitor the maintenance and repair annual budget for the department to ensure spending are in line with approved budgets and determine variances and the cause of variances; 准备和监控维修部门的年度预算,确保支出符合批准的预算和确定差异,差异的原因;

3. Maintain spare parts storage at safe but economical levels.维护备件库存在安全且经济的水平。

维修管理Maintenance management-30%

1. Build the maintenance planning and scheduling system, including weekly, Monthly and annual maintenance related works; 建立维修计划系统,包括每周、月度和年度维修相关工作;

2. Set up the cross departmental communication platform to ensure enough and effective communication.建立跨部门沟通平台，以确保充分沟通有效；

3. Set up the KPI for maintenance department, collect and create the improvement plan regularly. 设定维修部门的KPI指标，定期收集并提出改进计划；

4. Create the reasonable and efficient maintenance process, standardize all maintenance procedures. 制定合理高效的维修流程，标准化各项维修工作程序。

工程（设施/固定资产/效率）管理 Engineering （Facilities/Capital/Efficiency）Management - 10%

1. Participate in the capital improvement budget for the entire plant; 参与整个工厂固定资产改造;

2. Support the engineering of the major projects; 对主要工程项目提供支持；

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree with major in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic, Instrument or related discipline;

本科学历,主修机械工程,电子,仪表或相关专业;

2. Minimum 5 to 8 years of maintenance management experience in the chemical, oil & gas or other related industry;至少5 - 8年化工、石油&天然气或其他相关行业的维修管理经验；

3. Strong communication, multi-tasking and time management skills；良好的沟通,多任务和时间管理技能；

4. Good spoken and written English；良好的英语口语和书面能力；

5. Good computer skills, ability to work with Microsoft office very well；良好的计算机技能，能很好的使用办公软件; 6. Familiar with CMMS and SAP are preferred；熟悉CMMS和SAP者优先;

7. Hardworking and willing to work under high pressure;勤劳的和愿意在高压下工作;
