JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    

仓库团队的管理和人员发展Warehouse team Management & Development-20%

1. 组建仓库团队并对人员进行相关业务培训
2. ild up warehouse team and do related training for all warehouse member.
3. 定期评估团队人员技能并根据实际需求进行技能更新。
4. gular assess operation skill for warehouse member and do skill training as actual case.
5. 建立并维持绩效考核机制，以结果为最终考核目标，激励员工以达到更好的绩效。
6. t up and maintain the performance evaluation mechanism, with the result as the final performance assessment, motivate employees to be better and better.
7. 管理仓库人员和合理处理仓库员工个人各项关切，维护员工的各项技能认证和操作行为的合规性

9. 持续监督各项物料水平，单元人力工作量，加班成本并且适当调整确保各项事项在合理的生产率

仓库日常工作的管理 Warehouse routine job Management-30%

1. 按照计划及时完成原料接收,确保生产的库存充足。

1. 建立标准的操作程序对第三方仓库的业务进行指导，定期进行检查第三方仓库的操作是否满足要求。

1. 根据5S指标持续改善仓库环境。

3. 以提高生产负荷，效率及持续化发展为主要目标。

5. 组建TPM团队，进行TPM的学习, 根据TPM程序进行设备的基本维护和保养.

7. 建立精益生产项目，例如VSM，仓库布局等，持续改善工作效率.

Job Requirements:

1. 全日制大专及以上学历，物流相关专业。
2. ll-time college degree or above major in logistics management or related
3. 5年以上外资化工制造企业、批次仓库管理经验，管理5-10人团队。
4. years working experience in Chemical Batch manufacturing warehouse, to lead a team of 5-10 employees

3．熟悉ERP和SAP系统以及自动办公化。

1. miliar with ERP, SAP and office automation software

4．物流控制、入库、消防控制、安全管理知识和业务处理。
