JOB SUMMARY工作概要

    

    

To support EHS Manager for development, implementation and enforcement of environment, health and safety requirements to comply with laws & regulations and Stepan EHS requirements.

    

在遵守法律法规和公司EHS要求的前提下，支持安全经理实现环境、健康安全管理体系的建立、实现和执行。

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    

To provide professional support on EHS training, supervision, inspection, coaching in daily work. To ensure the operations in R&D complying with laws & regulations and Stepan requirements.

    

在日常工作中提供专业的EHS培训、监督、检查和辅导。确保工厂的运营符合法律法规以及斯泰潘的要求。

    

1.      Identify and obtain environment laws and regulations and local management requirements, evaluate compliance, and put forward suggestions for improvement.识别获取环境相关法律法规规范及地方管理要求，进行合规性评价，并提出改进建议。（10%）

    

2.      Participate in the development of the work environmental responsibility system  rules, operating procedures and the emergency rescue plans etc., and implement accountability assessment and organize emergency drills. 组织参与制定环境保护责任制度、环境保护奖惩考核制度等环境相关管理制度、操作规程、环境风险应急预案等，并落实责任制考核，组织开展应急演练。（10%）

    

3.      Made annual pollutant reduction plan, organize and carry out cleaner production audit.  制订年度污染物减排计划，组织开展清洁生产审核工作。（5%）

    

4.      Supervise and inspect the operation status of pollution control facilities, urge online monitoring and maintenance vender to maintain and maintain as required, and ensure the discharge of pollutants up to the standards. 监督检查污染治理设施的运行状况，督促在线监测维保单位按要求维护保养，确保污染物达标排放。（10%）

    

5.      Responsible for daily supervision and management of industrial solid waste and hazardous waste to ensure legal disposal in accordance with laws and regulations.负责工业固体废物及危险废物的日常监督管理，确保依法依规合法处置。（10%）

    

6.      Implement self-supervision and monitoring, pollutant discharge accounting and other work in accordance with the requirements of the state pollutant discharge permit administration按照国家排污许可证管理要求落实自行监督监测，污染物排放核算等工作。（10%）

    

7.      Support environmental "three simultaneously" of project.项目环保“三同时”提供技术支持。（5%）

    

8.      Maintenance of EHS management information platform required by government complete all the tasks required by government. 负责环保管理部门要求的各类信息化平台的更新和维护，完成政府要求的各项任务。（10%）

    

9.      Inspecting the work safety condition of plant, conducting screening for any hidden risks of work safety accidents in a timely manner, and offering recommendations for improving work safety management. Stop and correct acts of commanding in violation of rules and regulations, forcing risky operations and violating operating rules. 检查安全生产状况，及时排查生产安全事故隐患，提出改进安全生产管理的建议。制止和纠正违章指挥、强令冒险作业、违反操作规程的行为（10%）

    

10.   Provide the EHS training and refresh training for newcomers and employees according to the training matrix.根据培训矩阵为新员工和员工提供EHS培训以及再培训（10%）

    

11.   Permit work support and supervision.作业票支持和监督（5%）

    Other works assigned by EHS manager.完成EHS经理安排的其他工作任务（5%）

Bachelor  degree in Chemical, Safety or a related discipline化工、安全工程、环境工程相关专业本科学历

斯泰潘（南京）化学有限公司是美国斯泰潘公司于2012年在南京化学工业园注册的独资企业。该公司占地80亩，工厂2015年11月17日机械竣工，2016年1月25日试车成功。5月份起开始商业化运行。
公司产品广泛应用于建筑板材、冰箱冷柜、冷库、热水器、管道保温及涂料、胶粘剂、弹性体、密封胶等领域。
