Job Description

1. Quality planning:

• Implement product engineering process according to requirements

• Internal coordination of implementation for customer quality requirements

• Creation and regular updating of product-related quality forecast (quality preview) with risk assessments, arrangement of measures and review of their effectiveness, if necessary.

• Independent evaluation of product/process maturity (e.g. project reviews) and early escalation of risks

• QG coordination and management according to internal guideline, reporting and escalation of project quality status

• Technical documents review and approval, i.e. FMEA, control plan

• Support machine and process capability studies, i.e. support statistical evaluation of production/measurement processes with Q-DAS

• Sample report preparation, review and release i.e. ISIR report

• Sample delivery release in SAP

• PPAP coordination and preparation with project team as well as submission for components and finished parts

• Ensure and support safe launch for customer project, coordination of quality targets and costs, work accordingly to achieve the target

• Customer complaint coordination and internal problem solving driving before QGC5

• GP12 firewall management, specification definition and effectiveness tracking & assessment

• Change management:

• ECR coordinator in quality department, attend regular change management meeting to define the ECR work list with team

• ECR release tracking

• Sample report review and release, i.e. ISIR report

• PPAP coordination, preparation, review and submission

  
  

• CAMDS/IMDS submission

• CAMDS/IMDS submission for new projects to ensure PPAP submission

• Regular update for all affected parts which need to update CAMDS request (keep CAMDS always comply with the latest status)

• Arrange regular ELV or similar tests

• Process audits

• Release audits for new projects and changes

• Annual process audits

Qualifications

3 years quality planning experience in automotive industry

3年汽车行业质量策划经验

Minimum bachelor, majored in mechanical engineering or similar本科以上 机械专业

Good written and oral English skills

良好的英文口语和读写能力

Familiar with APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, control plan, other quality tools
