职位描述
1、负责写字楼停车库车辆管理；
2、负责车库秩序维护，车辆收费管理；
3、完成上级主管布置的工作任务。
职位要求：
1、2年以上甲级写字楼/高档物业项目同等岗位经验 ；
2、-全面负责车库日常管理工作，做好日志，收集、统计车库日常工作数据，拟定相关工作制度及工作计划 ；
3、负责车库安全管理工作，防止车辆被窃、损坏 ；
4、处理车库内发生的纠纷、投诉及其它突发事件。
