职位描述
1、负责管理维护大厦安全、防火、防盗、防破坏工作；
2、对各种监控设备、器材进行维护，发现问题及时解决，预防为主，安全检查，清楚不良隐患；
3、负责管理大厦内各项咨询服务工作；
4、完成上级交办的各项任务。
职位要求：
1、45岁以下，普通话标准；
2、一年以上甲级写字楼同等岗位经验/领班经验 ；
3、持建构筑物消防员四级/五级证书；
4、具备一定管理组织及处理突发事件能力；
5、 具备相关工作经验优先。
