1.负责每周及每月相关报表统计（工作周报、工作月报、车流报表等）；

2.部门每月培训记录统计及存档；

3.项目现场消杀跟进，并拍照汇报；

4.商场写字楼公共区域巡视，加强对二装现场的管控；

5.现场二装施工出入证办理及写字楼门禁系统出入证办理；

6.落实部门人员管理的具体工作，如岗位安排、排班、考勤、考核等。

职位要求：

1.高技及以上学历；
2.物业管理相关专业优先，有一定物业管理工作经验者优先；
3.熟练操作计算机，并熟练使用各种办公软件；
4.良好的人际沟通能力和客户服务技巧，思维敏捷，应变能力强；
5.有较强的组织协调能力，良好的职业道德和团队合作精神。
