Responsibilities:

Payroll:

-Make attendance report, and leave management;

-Records and maintains personnel master data;

-Enters payroll relevant data into the payroll and other related systems/tools;

-Ensures the compliance of the salary calculation with the defined pay policies;

-Checks correctness of the payroll data;
-Communicate and cooperate with each branch.

Operations:
-Onboard and Quit procedures, including system maintenance, etc；
-Employee contract management, probation management, etc；
-Organize and maintain employee personal files.
-Responsible for HR related reports；
-Complete the ad hoc tasks assigned.

Job requirements:
-Bachelor degree is required;
-A minimum of 1 years of experience as a HR generalist/specialist, C&B/ER experience is preferred;
-Ability to respond appropriately to routine HR-related questions from stakeholders;
-Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet competing workplace demands and appropriately prioritize;
-Attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information;
-Customer focused at all times with ability to balance empathy for people with business needs;
-Process improvement focus and proven project management capabilities;
