Key responsibilities:

1) Manage project material quality issue;

2) Communicate with PL/NPI team to understand material issues, push supplier to take FACA to improve material failures;

3) Keep tracking material improvement progress and verify the correct action effectiveness;

4) Based on material shipment plan, contact supplier to arrange SI onsite inspection;

5) Coordinate IQC to perform inspection on fixtures/jigs and prepare qualification report;

6) Perform the audit to supplier process and quality system to ensure continue improvement requirement;

7) Communicate with supplier for GR&R/Correlation test for new component/part approval.

Requirements:

1) College degree or above, good English skill including writing and verbal;

2) More than 3 years’ experience on manufacture quality control field;

3) Solid understanding of process engineering, manufacturing quality systems and ISO9000 site audit requirements;

4) Must be familiar with plastic injection/stamping process, mechanical/electrical parts.
