Job title：FC
Key Duties
1、Oversees smooth and efficient running of the plant’s finance department
2、Responsible for all finance functions, including plant costing, financial accounting, analysis and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, tax compliance and reporting, and treasury management
3、Comply with statutory reporting in accordance with IFRS and China GAAP
4、Comply with China’s tax and legislative requirements
5、Effective cash flow and treasury management of the plant
6、Timely reporting and communication of management and financial results to Shanghai HQ7、?Maintain effective internal controls and integrity of the accounting system at the plant
7、Resolve accounting issues in competent manner
8、Oversee regulatory compliance and filling
9、Provide financial advices and recommendations to the plant’s senior management and to Shanghai HQ
10、Work closely with plant general manager on business issues
11、Work closely with HQ to effectively execute group policy and procedures

Qualification and Experience Requirements:
1、Good experience in general accounting, costing, financial control, analysis and reporting in a plant environment
2、With 7-10 years of relevant experience or 3-4 years Big 4 auditing/accounting experience at a relevant2、level
3、Strong knowledge of Chinese tax
4、Familiar with ERP systems, experience with Oracle is a plus
5、Bachelor degree in accounting or finance and additional professional certification preferred
6、Excellent Chinese language and communication skills required
7、Adequate English language skills required

工作地点：安徽省合肥市
工作职责：
全面负责合肥研发中心的所有财务工作，尤其侧重在成本核算、分析、计划、预算。

招聘条件：

1、本科学历；

2、金融或会计类专业；

3、英语流利；

4、八年以上制造业或研发相关财务工作经验；

5、具有良好的沟通技能，协作能力，培训技能，问题解决能力等。

任职要求：

1、会计或金融专业学士，或具有相关专业资质并有6~8年与制造业和/或研发相关的工作经验。

2、具有以下工作经验/专业知识的优先：
政府研发中心/项目补助、预测和测算、内部控制、关键绩效指标、平衡计分表、工艺流程、政策编写、微软办公软件、甲骨文软件、管理会计、项目管理等。

3、必须拥有良好的沟通和人际交往能力，优秀的培训、演讲、分析、谈判、问题解决、团队影响等技能，能够自我激励，工作积极主动，反应迅速，应变灵活，思想开阔，具有系统化思维，心态积极乐观，足智多谋，精通IT知识。
