为已指定的项目进行生产计划； Planification of the production for the assigned projects;

保证按时按量并且按照客户要求的质量将货物运送到客户那里； Ensuring the satisfaction of the clients by deliveries on time and in the quantity and at the quality requested by him.

与物料计划协作以保证原材料数量的优化从而使生产程序良好运作 Collaborates with the material planning department (Disposition) in order to ensure the optimal quntity of raw materials for the good running of the production process

检查线束运送以保证其符合客户要求； Checks the deliveries of harnesses to ensure that they are done according to the clients'request；

根据订单的变化以及新的送货计划每天检查线束的发送； Checks daily the deliveries to the client depending on the new delivery plans, resulted from the change of the orders (increases, decreases, annulments);

采取措施以防问题的发生 Takes measures for preventing the problematic situations;

处理量产项目上的技术更改并且与其他部门协作将其实施到生产上 Manages the technical modifications for the series production and cooperates with the other departments for their implementation in Production;

参与物流部门和工厂的大盘点; Takes part in the inventories from the Logistics department and from the plant;

与客户保持沟通 Keeps in touch with the pilot plant;

在部门人员短缺时接管相应的工作; Takes over supplimentary tasks in case of shortage of personnel in the compartment;

当遇到任何超出其解决能力范围的问题时应通知其主管; Informs his direct superior whenever there occur problems that exceed his personal solving competence;

参与协助客户提出的工程变更，控制和减少废品产生； Takes part in assisting engineering change from customer requirement, and controling and reducing scrap

数据实时更新，订单跟进； Updating the data on time, tracking the status of orders.

送货单的打印和维护 Printing and updating orders

安排量产阶段样线的生产和发货； Arranging the production of sample harness and dilivery at the SOP phase

上级交办的其他任务； Accept and finish other task assigned by the superior                

滁州科世科汽车部件有限公司成立于2019年10月，落户在安徽滁州来安经济开发区，总规划用地105亩，注册资本人民币六千万元。目前在建一期项目全部投产后，用工总量将达千人，产能可达20万套整车线束40万套功能模块汽车线束。公司主要产品包括上海大众部分车型整车线束和功能模块线束、Getrag变速箱线束等。
