Job Description

Commercial

1. Take customer commercial responsibility for the entire Project, including management of profitability and growth targets, preparation of individual customer planning (sales, volumes…), coordination of customer requirements and implementation of commercial change requests with the project team;

2. Work as the customer / project interface to other commercial functions in the company such as controlling, product cost management, purchasing and aftermarket;

3. Commercial activities after SOP, such as invoicing, forecast planning, price negotiation.

Technical and Project management

1. Support/Lead one or more Product Groups (Multiple Customer accounts), along the entire value chain/product cycle from the project management perspective;

2. As contact window to customer from project acquisition to nomination;

3. Ensure fulfil each quality gate (Customer and Bosch) on time;

4. Lead change management during the project development and production phase;

5. Lead the team to achieve the project goals and ensure the cost, quality criteria and time schedules are adhered to. Setup and lead regular meeting for monitoring project progress and tracking open points.

Qualifications

-More than 5 years sales experience in auto-industry

-Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics or a comparable course of study

-Focused, self-initiative and teamwork, confident appearance, with good negotiation skill and high degree of self-motivation
