岗位职责：

1、负责编制氢能技术研发中心发展规划；

2、全面组织产品规划，新产品开发组织，计划，安排，监督，协调，考核；

3、负责组织及安排公司新工艺开发，知识产权申报管理；

4、负责组织或安排提升研发中心人员技能的内部培训、外部培训等；

5、负责技术研发部门的日常管理工作，协调各部门间的联系；

6、完成公司上级安排的其它工作。

 

任职要求：

1、本科或中级及以上职称，年龄30--45岁；

2、3年以上锂电池或2年以上燃料电池开发应用经验；

3、熟悉锂电池、燃料电池系统的总体设计、制造以及流程；

4、具有较强的组织能力，有丰富的团队管理经验。
