POSITION OVERVIEW
Support and proactively stimulate HSE at the site by providing, maintaining and assuring a framework of procedures, processes and training within the guidelines of AOC Composite Resins and local governmental safety, and health requirements.

Responsibility：

1.        Execute policies and improvement programs in the field of HSE and Security, in line with local legislation, AOC requirements and vision.

2.        Organize and execute HSE audits and monitor follow up on findings, both in short term actions and in structural improvement (closing the loop).

3.        Ensures knowledge of local legislation and AOC requirements are up to date and implemented.

4.        Coordinate permit updates and execution of obligatory studies and risk assessments.

5.        Organize/support communication on relevant HSE topics.

6.        Provides HSE information for communication by line management (i.e. incident sharing).

7.        Develop and deliver training in HSE related items for line management, employees and contractors.

8.        Assist incident investigation in cooperation with relevant line managers.

9.        Stop any unsafe behaviour immediately and initiate discussion/actions to avoid.

10.     Assist HSE issue in project.

11.     Report to government and AOC as required.

12.     Assist to do HSE training and propaganda.

Required Experiences & Skills：

1)      Bachelor degree or above, majored in safety engineering/environment engineering/industrial hygiene/chemistry.

2)      More than 3 year working experience in chemical industry, HSE engineer/supervision in safety, health and environment department.

3)      Team work, self-management, communication

4)      Certified safety engineer is preferred

5)      Fluent reading and writing English.
