Puts the materials for production at disposal, on time and in the necessary quantities, in order to ensure the continuity of the manufacture process according to the production plan

根据生产计划计算出需要的原材料数量

Callculates the quantities of materials that are necessary, according to the production plan

根据预算管理和优化原材料库存（库存剩余天数，订单总额，MOCCA订单），使库存符合预算标准

Manages and optimizes the stocks of materials from the assigned suppliers (Reichweiteliste','Bestellwertliste', MOCCA Liste') in order to meet the targets for the stocks according to the approved budget

将订单发送到指定供应商

Sends the orders to the assigned suppliers

与供应商保持联系以保证其按订单日期送货

Keeps in touch with suppliers in order to make sure that they will respect the delivery target dates according to the sent orders

检查货物接收以保证供应商按时按量发送原材料

Checks the goods receiving in order to make sure that the supplier has sent all the ordered quantity on time

对紧急件实行订单增量 Applies the escalation procedure in case of critical materials

为紧急原材料寻找可代替材料（由技术部门批准的原材料，从其他工厂借相关原材料)

Looks for alternative solutions for bringing in the critical materials (alternative materials approved by the Technical department, borrowing materials from other plants from the concern)

通知物料计划负责人有关于紧急运输的事宜并提供其所有必要的信息以便其组织

Informs the material planning responsible about the necessary emergency transports and offers him all the necessary information in order to organise them

检查原材料的电子登记情况，如有不正确的则需采取措施对其改正

Checks the electronic registrations for the assigned materials (retrograde registrations, registrations on the different warehouses, etc.) and takes measures to correct them, in case they do not correspond

与生产计划紧密联系以保证生产的连续性

Collaborates closely with the Production Planning department in order to ensure the continuity of production

当有必要时在仓库同事的帮助下对仓库，生产的原材料库存进行盘点

With the help of the colleagues from warehouse, makes inventories of the stocks of materials in the warehouse and in Production, whenever it is necessary

当有技术更改时与生产计划和技术部门协作

Collaborates with the Production Planning and the Technical department in the case of technical modifications

与其他工厂的物料计划协作以保证生产所需的原材料

Collaborates with the other Material Planning departments from the other plants in the concern for mutual help for ensuring the materials for production

与物流同事及其他部门，其他KS工厂及外部合作伙伴，根据情况不断地改善工作程序

Improves continuously the work processes / procedures, in cooperation with the other departments from Logistics and from the plant and also in collaboration with the other K&S plants or external parteners, depending on the case

填写并更新 部门和工厂管理人员所需的报告

Fiils in and updates the reports necessary for the department and for the management of the plant

参加物流部门和及工厂的盘点

Takes part in the inventories from the Logistics department and from the plant;

当部门发生人员短缺时接手任务

Takes over supplimentary tasks in case of shortage of personnel in the compartment;

当遇到任何超出其解决范围能力的问题时通知其直接主管

Informs his direct superior whenever there occur problems that exceed his personal solving competence;

上级交办的其他任务； Accept and finish other task assigned by the superior
