主要职责：

    

1.统筹分析旅游政策变化、市场动向及公司内部环境，制定公司旅游业务发展方向和发展

    

策略，对重大经营活动的决策和结果负责；

    

    

2、负责公司旅游项目及区域内配套经营项目的投资分析、市场调研、产品定位及整体策划；

    

    

3、建立景区规章制度、服务标准及工作流程，对景区服务质量管理体系的建立和运行效果

    

负责；

    

    

3、全面掌控景区及各旅游项目的经营状况，做好运营成本和费用控制；

    

    

5、负责景区危机公关，协调和建立与政府相关部门各方关系，确保公司良好的外部环境和

    

景区形象；

    

    

6、负责对分管部门的业务开展进行计划、指导、协调、控制和激励，对各级下属的工作情

    

况进行检查、监督和绩效评价。

    

    

任职要求：

    

1、本科及以上学历，企业管理、旅游管理、市场营销等相关专业；

    

    

2、2-3 年以上 4A 或 5A 级景区或旅游行业同岗位工作经验，具有丰富的景区运营管理、团队建设、旅游项目拓展开发、流程梳理等经验。；

    

    

3、具有较强的战略意识、前瞻意识、成本管理意识以及商业敏感性，思维敏捷，具有敏锐

    

的市场洞察力、较强的资源整合能力、慎密的逻辑思维能力和良好的决策能力；

    

    

4、具有较强的责任感。

Handen is a well-known international investment fund consortium devoted to the business of equity real estate acquisition and development, along with fixed-income investments in urban infrastructure development projects. Our activities are directed by an experienced management team which has worked closely together for years and has broad cross-disciplinary backgrounds in virtually every area of real estate investment, finance, development, and management. Handen currently manages the Handen Urban Development Fund and Handen Real Estate Investment Fund. Handen Urban Development Fund invests in real estate projects as well as urban cultural development projects sponsored by state- owned corporations in China's economically developed areas, and has successfully invested in more than 10 cities in Eastern China. Our investment strategies are fully integrated with the development policies of local governments, with a focus on mixed-use urban lifestyle, and Resort/Hospitality projects. We strive to pursue projects that are not only economically viable, but also enhance the image of the local community and enrich the lifestyles of local residents
