1、负责短视频帐号的日常运营，熟悉短视频的所有玩法，高效产出年轻人喜欢的热点视频内容；

2、负责公司产品视频的创意、剪辑，增加品牌知名度与曝光度，快速扩充粉丝量，并提高用户关注度与粘性

3、负责素材的收集，根据公司营销的方向独立完成视频的制作、剪辑、特效等；

任职要求：

1、脑洞大、懂表达、热点敏感度强、洞察力强，具有优秀的模仿及创新能力；

2、热爱短视频，会玩抖音、快手、小红书、美拍等，具备独立撰写脚本创意的能力，有一定的视频剪辑功底；

3、抖音运营经验1年以上优先考虑；化妆品行业经验两年以上者优先考虑；
