§  You’re someone who wants to influence your own development within the Chief Executive Officer Office. You’re looking for a company where you have the opportunity to pursue your interests across functions from a corporate management level. RESPONSIBILITIES

§  Monitor and help execute variety of corporate projects by providing insight and direction for key strategic levers such as market development, customer needs assessment, competitive advantage, market and/or product prioritization

§  Help direct projects and cross-functional teams of colleagues with varying levels of experience, coordinating and developing them to build capability and performance

§  Work closely with different departments such as marketing, BD, HR, IT, and Finance, coordinate and assist projects on execution level

§  Regular market and industry research on healthcare industries

§  Support healthcare-related strategic investment projects

§  Create an engaging and productive work environment where team members are encouraged to collaborate and excel

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

§  Ability to communicate tactical direction and related concepts clearly, orally and in writing, across internal and external audiences in both Chinese and English

§  Strong analytical skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

§  Forecasting and identifying opportunities for proactive collaboration and alignment across teams

§  Self-motivation with a great ability to find solutions to complex problems

§  Experience in project coordination and cross-functional project responsibility.

§  Team player with strong sense of responsibility

§  Good proficiency in MS Office

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

§  BA, BS or equivalent required. Graduate degree is a plus

§  A strategy consulting related working experience is strongly preferred

§  2-7 years total working experience in healthcare, insurance, financial advisory and business management experience, a hospital or healthcare service provider working experience will be a plus

§  Previous experience with standard project management processes in an international matrix organization, healthcare industry is a plus

§  Passionate about healthcare and building a new brand from scratch and fully comfortable with multi-cultural, start up working environment

§  Fluent in English and Mandarin

嘉会医疗（杨浦）目前设有全科、内科、外科、妇科、儿科、消化内科、口腔科、皮肤科、耳鼻咽喉科、中医康复科、医学影像科等多个科室，并增设CT、MRI等大型影像设备。我们的医师来自海内外知名医疗机构，拥有丰富的临床经验，并能使用多种语言。
