Position Summary: This position is hired for HR Operation, HRIS, HR policy and process management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead of facilitate employment transaction based on defined operations process to ensure quality delivery and compliance, including but not limited to on-boarding, separation, transfer service, P-file management, probation review and contract renew services.

2. Deliver high quality mobility solution on the international assignee, expat, local hire related support, including but not limited to visa application, employment permit, residence permit, co-work with the agency to make sure the smoothness of relocation process.

3. Lead online FAQ setup, and improve HR helpdesk service by manage and utilize on-site support person.

4. Manage attendance by using system and coaching department to make sure the roster accuracy.

5. Support the implementation of new performance system and roster system, and maintain/improve current iHR system by working with IT.

6. Review and build processes and policies to identify opportunities to standardize, simplify and optimize, improve current HR policies and processes.

7. Support JCI document preparation.

EXPERIENCES, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

A minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in HR operation function

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, service minded

Solid HR knowledge and be familiar with related law and regulation

Proficiency in HR operation and coordination with HR team

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

Fluency in writing and oral English

Excellent for office software usages

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY:

Reading/writing documents in English

Basic oral communication in English
