DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

1.       Implement quality improvement and healthcare compliance, including collecting and analyzing managerial and clinical indicators, preparation and presentation of reports, managing performance improvement projects, etc.

2.       Conduct internal audit to ensure compliance with JCI and domestic regulatory compliance.

3.       Prepare corresponding reports for each medical inspection of the relevant government departments.

4.       Serve as a consultant for different department and provide quality improvement, compliance consultation and risk management support.

5.       Develop and deliver quality and safety related training programs, also conduct legal compliance trainings for relevant employees.

6.       Assist with department leaders in writing and developing policies, plans and programs that are compliant with JCI standards and domestic regulations and standards.

7.       Participate in JCI accreditation preparation.

8.       Any other tasks assigned by Quality and Compliance Director.

EXPERIENCES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 

§  Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare setting, minimum 2 year experience working in quality or accreditation.

§  Interest and passion in healthcare, quality and compliance.

§  Exposure or experience to international healthcare organization is highly preferred.

§  Strong proficiency in using office software such as MS Word, PPT, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and etc.

§  Excellent presentation skills and comfortable of conducting training to staff.

§  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with all level of organization.

§  Ability to work at a cross culture and diverse organization.
