·        Support manager to ensure that company daily operation activities are conducted in accordance with security & EHS procedures, regulatory compliance and customer expectations

·        Support manager to develop and maintain security & EHS system and ensure that procedures are followed to achieve quality targets.

·        Ensure that all identified non-conformances, and corrective actions are dealt with promptly and effectively.

·        Sort, manage and measure performance of the agents and suppliers' to ensure them keep the service level of quality and improvement and keep in step with company's develop and request.

·        Provide adequate training to ensure that the Company's security & EHS Management System and Policy is understood effectively by all employees.

·        Support to manage internal and external audits to a satisfactory conclusion.

·        Support to manage security & EHS management system at all branch/WH for Greater China.

·        Cooperate with Legal for EHS agreement review.

·        In charge of security incident investigation, summary report and work out corrective/preventive action, monitor and validate CAPA performance.

·        Follow and monitor ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001 implementation, also support ISO audit pass every year.

Experience and Qualifications:

·        Fluent spoken and written English

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills

·        Bachelor Degree or equivalent.

·        1-3 years of security experience, priority for forwarder/logistics Company experience.

·        Familiar with security and EHS management system (such as TAPA / C-TPAT / ISO 140001 / ISO45001 )

·        Have experience on security solution

·        Good at accident investigation and evidence collection.

·        Have problem solving skills

·        Able to travel
