职责描述：

1. Create and implement retail marketing calendar to support sales and key brand/product stories;

2. Supervise the implementation of VM manual with in-house support or outside agencies;

3. Provide and support retail marketing tool kits to distributors;

4. Plan and implement promotion/programs to drive traffic to stores collaborating with landlords, CRM functions and outside partners;

5. Track campaign results and sales vs space ratio for the campaign/store planning;

6. Work closely with other marketing functions and retail operation to achieve business results and execute brand images.

任职要求：

1. Strong cross-functional management skills;

2. Strong aesthetic and creative sense;

3. Good network with landlords 

4. Able to manage data analysis

学历要求：

University degree preferably in marketing, business or design

工作经验：

Minimum of 10 years in retail marketing, trade marketing, VM and in-store event in apparel, sports and sometics industry, in which 3 years in leading a team, strong relationship with landlords and strong communication still
