职位描述
Main Purpose
Be responsible for the financial control of retail stores and distributor. Ensure related works to be done timely and accurately (Store reconciliation & settlement, monthly closing, Branch Company finance related affairs, store P&L, wholesale AR & credit control etc).Ensure the implementation of related process and policies effectively (Store & Payer opening and closure, VAT invoice issuing and management, payment return, cash management ,stock counting etc)
Responsibilities
- Retail & Wholesale operation compliance and improvement: Daily/Monthly Operation and store open/renew/close;
- Sales reconciliation
- AR aging report and control
- Distributor credit control
- Responsible for official invoice issuing and filing of sales related documentations
- Shop inventory stock taking arrangement;
- Retail sales verification with Shopping Mall & POS+ & BTC department
- Store expense review and booking
- Review the SIS and POS operation in shop
- Responsible for retail month-end closing
- Other projects or tasks assigned by team leader
Needed Competencies
- Strong finance knowledge and be familiar with both PRC and IFRS
- High integrity, be in initiative, positive working attitude
- Strong responsibilities and be able to work under pressure
- Good command of English
- Good interpersonal skills in handling both internal and external customers
- SAP processing experience is preferred
