Demand Planning Manager-Arcteryx

General Purpose of the Job: Be a bridge between Merchandising and Operation functions, ensure the supply meet the business requests.   

1.     Work closely with operation teams to ensure the supply effectivity, forecast the arrival and develop the inventory plan to meet the business requests; 

 2.     Especially follow up with the key franchise, capsules arrival to ensure the on time launch on-line & off-line; 

 3.     Be a key player in the pre-allocation meeting with supply information, follow up with the GAP between demand & supply to push the arrival and fulfil rate; 

 4.     Data integration & analysis for weekly, monthly inbound/outbound/inventory; 

 5.     Internal inventory liquidation with Operations team, including quarterly write off, internal sales;

 6.     Improve the supply process and optimize the workflow with operation teams;

             

 5.     Self-motivated, good ownership and good team spirit, result oriented.
