Job Summary :

1. Greet every visitor warmly and politely, and present the visitor as a warm, friendly and helpful company ambassador. 2. Assist and cooperate with the reception of visitors and VIP greeting and send-off services. 

3. To coordinate with both NDB and onsite team to dispatch different kind of resources to solve issues, to provide thoughtful services.  

4. To deal with service needs from NDB employees in time and track implementation. 

5. Greet guests with a smile, ask if you need any help, and provide excellent customer service. 

6. To check the pantry area and equipment in the conference room in a normal state. 

7. Responsible for services required from each BU and lead the conference service.

9. Assisted various departments in express distribution and mailing.  

10. Keep the working area clean and tidy at all times and maintain a high level of cleanliness in the working area. 

11.To review with Site Leader monthly. 

 

大专以上，长相出众，身高165CM至170CM，英语流利，服务意识强。有服务管理类相关工作经验1年以上，具有酒店或空乘经验优先考虑。1月内可到岗.
