Tasks / Area of Responsibility 主要职责

1. Set and achieve day-to-day objectives that have some impact on others within job area. Provide measurable input into new products, processes, standards or operational plans in support to the organization’s business strategies, with some impact on business unit/function overall results。

   制定和实现工作范围内的日常目标。为新产品、新工艺、新标准或者生产提供可测量的输入以支持公司的战略目标。

1. Check and correct problems in existing systems or process. Provide timely and constructive advices to TOP management to optimize system and process.

   检查并纠正目前体系或流程中的问题，及时向管理者提供可优化的建设性建议。

2. Carrying out risk evaluations in quotation phase on basis of customer-related quality requirements, taking quality system, process and methods, tools into account, indicating critical quality requirements and reliability risks and deriving alternatives.

   在报价阶段根据客户质量需求，根据质量体系、流程和相关工具，列出关键的质量要求和可靠性需求，完成项目风险评估。

3. Preparing and updating quality planning documents to product development and process planning taking systematic processes, methods and tools into account up to handover to plant Quality Assurance functions.

   在项目转交工厂质量部门前，根据质量体系、流程和相关工具，编制并更新项目开发质量文件。

4. Coordinating initial samples inspections for customer, preparing initial sample inspection report according to customer requirement and presenting initial samples for customer approval (PPAP and PSW approval); carrying out device release based on quality plans and proofs (test report)。

   根据客户要求，提交PPAP样品和文件并获得PSW批准；根据质量计划和验证报告释放产品和设备。

5. Agreeing device specific test features and methods with customer (DVPR).

   与客户协商拟定产品的验证计划。

6. Drawing up and arranging for necessary corrective measures in the event of quality related deviations in cooperation with project team and checking the implementation.

   协同项目团队，制定并安排必要的质量问题纠正措施并实施。

7. Identification and escalation of relevant quality problems to adequate management level to get supporting and migrate quality risks.

   识别项目过程中的质量问题和提出优化方案，必要时及时向管理层汇报。

8. Analyze quality related requirements (drawings, specifications, quality agreement, warranty, etc…) and offer constructive advices to project team and escalate to adequate management level if high risks are possible to occur.

   检查项目相关技术文档（图纸、技术规范、质量协议、质保协议等…），向项目组成员提出建设性建议，如果存在高风险及时向管理层汇报。

9. Ensuring that defined quality methods and tools are kept in development process, lead quality inspection to all D&D function teams’ working results and help Project Manager to control product development risks.

   确保在开发过程中遵从公司规定的质量工具和方法，领导研发团队输出文件的质量检查并协助项目经理控制项目开发风险。

10. Customer complaints, quotation, and customer audit supporting by managing of Project Manager if need based on technical development section.

    协同项目经理处理客诉、报价和负责客户审核。

11. Actively take other tasks which distribute by discipline manager, demonstrate good communication skills to align with internal and external customers, meantime adequate leadership skills to inspire all core and extend team members to achieve project target.

    积极承担项目和部门分配的任务，与内外客户保持良好沟通。

12. As quality system expert to coach all employees to obtain standards which are implemented and to be responsible to upgrade system documentation and to be person who should explain and resolve conflicts of process.

    作为质量体系专家解释并协同团队解决过程冲突，指导团队成员熟悉了解相关标准并及时跟新升级相关公司标准。

13. Other job assigned by superior

    Required Competencies 能力要求

     

1.  Professional PC experience (MS office, Microsoft Project)

   熟练使用计算机（包括MS Office 2000，Lotus Notes，Microsoft Project等）

2.  Business English language required

         商务英语沟通无障碍

3. At least 3 years quality development experience in automotive Tier-X supplier.

         至少3年汽车工业领域的供应商公司研发质量管理经验.

4. At least 3 years working experience. 6 sigma Green Belt above is plus.

     至少3年工作经验. 六西格玛绿带以上认证优先。

5. At least basic knowhow of Automotive electronics or system.

        具备汽车电子或者系统的基础知识

6. Above engineering bachelor’s degree required, electronics/software relative is preferred.

   工程背景本科学士以上，电子或者软件相关背景优先。

1. Good communication and presentation skills to external and internal customers.

         具备较强的内外部客户的沟通和报告展示能力

2. Strong learning skills and cross-function coordination and leader ship skills.

         较强的学习能力和多举证协调和领导能力

3. Strong team working sprit and strong proactive working attitude with target orientation.

   强烈的团队合作精神以及以目标为导向的积极工作态度。

4. 熟悉质量五大工具 APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA、接受过IATF16949方面的培训。

    

 

 

 

Experience 工作经验要求

1. At least 3 years quality development experience in automotive Tier-X supplier.

         至少3年汽车工业领域的供应商公司研发质量管理经验.

2. At least 3 years working experience. 6 sigma Green Belt above is plus.

     至少3年工作经验. 六西格玛绿带以上认证优先。

海纳川海拉电子（江苏）有限公司（简称HBE）是由北京海纳川汽车部件股份有限公司和Hella Holding International GmbH共同出资在镇江设立的电子合资公司。合资公司注册资金为7500万元，双方股比为50：50。合资公司注册地点在江苏省镇江市。建设地址在镇江市丹徒区上党镇生态汽车产业园18号。厂房面积为8000㎡，人员规模在300人左右，具有独立研发能力。
合资公司计划生产汽车电子产品，主要为车灯、天窗ECU，PCBA板及BMS， BCM等模块，以及其他代工电子件。
项目总投资25000万元，达产年销售额10亿人民币。
