Production Supervisor Functional Role

  

  

• Ensures EHS compliance and continuous improvement in EHS performance 

• 确保EHS合规和EHS绩效的持续改进

• Implement and monitor budget plans following a zero-based approach  

• 基于零损失基准实施和监控预算计划

• Manages the daily achievement of planned production volume

• 管理每日计划产量达成

• Manages the production execution and operating processes through high levels of active supervision

• 通过主动监管来管理生产执行和操作流程

• Ensures quality standards are consistently achieved and improved

• 确保质量标准持续的达成与改进

• Ensure asset care processes and procedures for Production are effectively executed

• 确保生产的设备关怀流程和程序被有效执行

• Collaborates daily with production coordinators and production engineers to optimize workforce and production performance  

• 每日与生产协调员和生产工程师合作以改进工作强度和生产绩效

• Owns and implements operational best practices to efficiently manage cost controls (unplanned downtime, employee overtime, etc.) 

• 主导并执行操作***实践来有效管理成本控制（非计划停车、加班时间等）

• Consistently assess and evaluate adherence to standard work models and processes

• 依据标准工作模板和流程持续评价和评定

• Adheres to leader standard work processes per manufacturing playbooks

• 遵守领导者标准工作流程

• Delivers training to Production Operators and monitors performance

• 传递培训至生产操作员并监控效果

• Monitors, analyzes and makes visually available for the team KPI progress towards department performance goals

• 根据部门绩效指标，监控、分析并将团队KPI可视化

• Sets clear and concise performance goals aligned with the planning, performance management cycle (PPMC) for the overall team and each team member

• 依据计划、绩效管理周期（PPMC）为整体团队和团队成员制定清晰简明的绩效指标

• Effective at performance coaching and guiding team to goal accomplishment  

• 在绩效引导上积极主动并引领团队达成目标

• Supervise and conduct daily duties in accordance with ISO 9001 programs and standards

• 依据ISO9001程序和标准监管和组织每日工作

                                                            

  

Drive a Culture of Continuous Improvement

  

• Drives LEAN/Six Sigma, continuous improvement of processes and operations for increased productivity and efficiency (Operational Excellence) 

• 驱动精益/六西格玛，持续工艺改进，生产力提高，效率（卓越运营）

• Grow a culture of continuous improvement (CI) by consistently embedding CI into meetings, trainings, processes, and systems

• 通过将持续改进植入会议、培训、流程和系统来建立持续改进的文化

• Ensures Maintenance work is accomplished through defined, measured, and continuously improved work processes; identifies and leverages Production best practices

• 确认维护工作已经完成，通过定义、测量和持续改进工作流程，识别和利用***生产实践

            

岗位要求：

Education and Experience:

  ？  化工相关专业大专及以上学历 ，3年以上班组管理经验；

  ？  较强的逻辑思维和扎实的口头和书面沟通能力；

  ？  DCS操作经验； 

  ？  熟练执行5S和其他精益管理原则和方法；   

  ？  基本的英语读写能力；

  ？  熟练掌握办公软件，WORD, EXCEL,PPT;

  ？  有SAP操作经验优先考虑.
