职位描述
业务开发工程师 – 包装
岗位职责
1. 负责区域包装和食品饮料业务发展,完成区域行业销售指标。
2. 与区域销售团队配合开发OEM客户, 为区域销售提供行业专业知识支持。
3. 独立发展食品和饮料终端客户,在终端客户挖掘项目,管理并最终完成项目指定,必要时与OEM客户配合完成项目销售。
4. 管理和发展目标客户,制定计划,完成目标客户销售活动和指标。
5. 执行包装和食品饮料行业战略,发展目标市场,目标产品和应用。
任职要求
具备3年及以上的销售工作经验。
熟悉区域内的包装,食品和饮料行业客户。
具备项目管理和大客户管理能力和经验。
大学本科或以上学历;电气自动化专业背景;有传感器方面知识技能的优先考虑。
优秀的业务意识与沟通能力。
善于人际关系交际与处理,抗压能力强。
基础英语口语与书面英语能力。
适应差旅。
BDE- Packaging
Responsibilities
1. In charge of the overall PFB (packaging, food and beverage) business development in the region, achieve the year sales target.
2. Cooperate with the regional sales team to develop the OEM customers. Offer industrial support with PFB expertise.
3. Develop PFB end user customer independently. Dig out end user projects,manage EU project and eventually realize project spec-in. Joint work together with OEM customers if needed.
4. Manage and develop PFB industry Target Accounts, make growth plan. Implement target account sales activities and achieve sales goals.
5. Implement PFB regional strategy, develop strategic segments, products and applications.
Profile of Candidate
3 years’ or above sales working experience.
Be familiar with the packaging, food and beverage customers in the region.
Project management & key account management expertise and experience.
Bachelor Degree or above; Electric & automation background; knowledge of sensors will be preferred.
Good business sense and good communication skill.
Be good at interpersonal relationship handling, and able to work under pressure.
Basic written and oral English.
Be adapt to business travels.
