Position Summary 职位概述

  

Lead and supervise quality control department, ensure raw material, semi-manufactured goods and finished products tally with standard and reliable, and accord with internal and external quality standard, assist in supervising each department workflow and ISO standard.

  领导监督质量控制部门，确保原材料、半成品和产成品符合技术规格和可靠性，符合内部和外部的质量控制标准，辅助监督各部门流程符合ISO标准。

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following 主要职责

In charge of organizing and Optimizing company quality assurance System

负责建立和完善产品质量保证体系 ；

Organize the draft, amendment, examination, direction, supervision, control and execution of quality inspection standards and measuring tools management.

负责组织质量检验标准，质量、计量管理制度的拟定、修改、检查、指导、协调、监督、控制及执行；

Evaluate quality result, communicate with other functions and operation manager (eg. R&D, production ect), establish production procedure or method, quality inspection standard of existing project, renovate project, new project.

评估质量监督的结果，与部门（如研发、生产等）制定现有的生产程序或方法、质量检验标准；

Inspection data through product quality, optimize workflow, improve quality of company raw material, semi-manufactured goods, and finished production.

通过质量检验数据分析，优化流程，提高公司原材料、半成品、成品的质量；

IN charge of organizing the settlement of company quality incidents.

负责公司质量事故的处理；

In charge of managing the daily job of department and in charge of directing, coaching, evaluating the staff in the department.

负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估。

Job Requirement 职位要求

Bachelor Degree majored on Mechanical Engineering or related subject;

Internal Auditor Training (ISO9000) ;

Intermediate Quality Professional Qualification;

 CET + 6  ;

4-6 + years of experience on quality control and quality inspection on Mechanical manufacturing industry;

Minimum 3 years working experience of quality manager;

  

Proven ability of English Speaking, writing;

Proven ability of problem analysis and problem solving;

Proven ability of communication;

Knowledge of Quality.
