Main Tasks:

    

·              贯彻项目执行计划，以完成项目的质量、进度、成本和安全目标。

    

Implements project execution plan to achieve quality, schedule, cost and safety objectives of the project.

    

·              在设计、采购和施工阶段监管电气，电信，仪表和控制系统的各类标准的实施。

    

Supervise contractor and the implementation of applicable design codes, standards and practices for Electrical，telecom, instrumentation and control during engineering, procurement and construction.

    

·              与工艺工程师一起检查和批准PID图。

    

Works with the process engineer to review and approval process instrumentation diagrams (P&ID) design to meet the project objectives.

    

·              与工艺工程师和项目团队一起检查和批准控制系统和安全仪表系统的相关文件和程序，参与相关的进程和文件控制。

    

Will review and approval with the process engineer and the project team DCS SIS relative documents and procedure to meet the project objectives, participate in relative process and checkup.

    

·              与承包商和设备供应商一起确保设计的方案和标准完全与详细设计相符，确保电气，电信 仪表和控制系统的设计，选型，制造符合要求。

    

Interacts with contractors and suppliers, to insure that the design intent as defined are translated into  Detail Design and Project Execution; ensuring that electrical, telecom, instrumentation and control system design, selection and manufacture can meet the requirements.

    

·              检查和批准电气负荷表，电气规格书，回路图，仪表规格书，回路表，各类电气，电信和仪表控制专业的图纸。

    

Review and approve electrical single line diagram， electrical specification; loop diagram, instrumentation specifications, loop sheets, and panel drawings

    

·              检查和批准电气，电信，仪表和控制系统的采购相关技术文件，并确认供应商的技术信息文档。

    

Review and approval electrical, telecom, instrument and control system procurement related technical document, review and approval of technical information supplied by EPC contractor and supplier.

    

·              制造厂的质量检查和监管。

    

Performs quality inspection and supervision at manufacturer.

    

·              控制系统组态的监管和支持。

    

Technical oversight and support of  DCS/PLC configuration (programming),

    

·              组织并做好FAT/SAT。

    

Organizes and implements FAT/SAT

    

·              检查和批准总包方的电气，电信，仪表安装和测试计划。

    

Review and approval contractor’s electrical, telecom, instrument installation and test scheme.

    

·              电气，电信，仪表和控制系统的安装质量监管。

    

Site installation quality supervision for electrical，telecom， instrumentation and control system

    

·              装置调试和开车的技术支持。

    

Technical support for plant commissioning and start-up.

Requirements:

    

    

1.     English Level英语水平:

    

Good English skills in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
好的英语读写能力。好的英语听说能力优先。

    

2.     Education Background教育背景: 

    

Bachelor, major in Instrument automation.
仪表和控制专业的学士。

    

3.     Previous Work Experience and Technical Skills工作经历和技术水平

    

Over 8 years instrumentation /controls/automation discipline experience in engineering design and management.
在工程设计和管理中的8 年以上的仪表和控制系统工作经验。

    

5+ years control configuration/programming experience with multiple control systems

    

5年以上控制系统的组态经验。

    

Experience with the implementation of safety interlock systems per international standards.
安全仪表系统的国际标准的实施经验。

    

Have work experience in international company.
国际公司的相关工作经历

    

Have electrical, instrument maintenance and management experience.
仪表维修和管理经验。

    

Collaborate experience with international EPC company is prefer.

Experienced with various instrumentation field networks (devicenet, profibus )
