DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.       Assist on the collection and analysis of quantified data regarding medical staff’s work output (e.g. income, clinic time utilization, etc.), and make recommendations on medical staff management and business development directions based on the trend analysis.

2.       Collect medical staff KPI data, regularly feed back to and communicate with departments, and make improvement recommendations accordingly.

3.       Assist departments with the selection of quality indicators, ensure the monitoring of relevant indicators, and offer quality intervention suggestions based on monitoring data.

4.       Assist with the selection of physician OPPE (Ongoing Professional Performance Evaluation）indicators, ensure the monitoring of relevant indicators, and offer behavior correction suggestions based on monitoring data.

5.       Work on data processing, data visualization and development of report forms.

6.       Communicate with multi-departments to ensure the accessibility of monitoring data

7.       Any other tasks assigned by the leader.

EXPERIENCES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

§  Prefer 3 years of experience in healthcare setting, minimum 2 year experience working in medical administration or IT.

§  Highly proficient in office software and data processing.

§  Stable, hard-working and conscientious.

§  Excellent communication skills and problem analysis & solving skills.

§  Ability to work at a cross-culture and diverse organization.
