职位描述

Job Description:

1. Be the contact window for any customer requests, handle and answer the requests.

2. Collect customer information and requirements from marketing, competitors, technical and commercial aspects.

3. Prepare quotations to customers in coordination and agreement with sales responsible and head of sales.

4. Follow up customer orders and contact with the factories (both in Germany and China) for information on order status.

5. Collaborate across the organization with SCM, finance, sales, QS and PM to ensure the right strategies for our customers.

6. Interact with the factories (both in Germany and China) to clarify customer related topics in coordination with the ECS sales team.

7. Communicate with PM for technical issues and product development requirements from customers.

8. Follow up and clarify outstanding payments, VAT invoice, credit limit etc. together with finance colleagues for all customers if needed.

9. Support the sales team in all kinds of activities, planning and forecasting, such as paper translation, preparation of visits and reports, order gifts, samples delivery, documentation, sales reports, strategic report etc..

10. Interact with the BD marketing and communication team in Shanghai to get resources for marketing events, Internet marketing, fairs, exploring new market, brochure design etc..

11. Customer visit with senior sales staff or sometimes individually when needed.

12. Other special tasks assigned by the managers.

13. Documentation of customer and internal projects based on relevant standards.

14. Taking over project sub-tasks (external and internal).

15. Contract review based on the applicable regulations.

16. Regular following up the overdue payment for the responsible customers. Initiate appropriate actions.

17. Regular review of customer satisfaction in the relevant area.

18. Support order handling for ECS products.

19. Monthly reporting on relevant KPIs.

20. Monthly reporting on project-relevant tasks.

21. Bi-weekly reporting on regular team meetings.

22. Support ECS team in case of customer complaints.

23. Ensures that all the internal process, procedures and regulations are followed.

Job Requirements:

1.MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)

2.Good communication skills in Mandarin and English

3.Previous experience working with ERP and CRM databases e. g salesforce, SAP experience preferred.

4.Self-motivated with high energy and drive to succeed, good working attitude, team spirit and customer orientation.

5.Project Management and technical understanding

6.Speaking German would be an advantage

7.Thinking and working in a well structured way
