Job description 岗位描述

1. Mainly work for the development of Battery Management System product
   主要工作为电池管理系统的研发

2. Responsible for AFE relevant design and code implementation (including driver layer and application layer)
   负责电芯采集芯片相关的软件设计以及代码实现（驱动层和应用层）

3. Analyze software requirements including safety requirements and finish corresponding documentation
   分析软件需求以及功能安全需求，并完成相关文档撰写

4. Perform software design including architecture design, detailed design, unit construction, unit verification, documentation, etc
   进行软件设计，如架构设计，详细设计，单元实现，单元测试，并完成相关文档编写等

5. perform software safety analysis in architecture according to ISO26262 standard
   基于功能安全ISO26262标准执行软件架构相关的安全分析

6. Necessary support system team and project manager
   对项目经理和系统组的工作提供必要的支持

7. Close communication with the project team
   与项目团队保持良好的沟通

8. Other job assigned by Department Manager
   部门经理安排的其他工作

Necessary requirements 任职资格

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in embedded software, electronics, computer science or related fields
   嵌入式软件，电子电器、计算机或其他相关专业，本科或以上学历

2. At least 3 years relevant experience in Battery Management Battery software development
   电池管理系统3年以上软件研发经验

1. Complete production AFE development experience including safety design implementation
   具有电芯采集芯片相关开发的完整量产经验含功能安全设计的实现

2. Familiar to 1 or more AFE datasheet including safety mechanisms
   熟悉一款电芯采样芯片的数据手册，深入理解相关的安全机制机理

1. Familiar with automotive communication and diagnostic protocols (i.e. CAN, LIN, UDS, etc.)
   熟悉汽车通信与诊断协议 (如CAN, LIN, UDS,等)

2. Familiar with UML/SysML/Matlab/Targetlink model language
   熟悉UML/SysML/Matlab/Targetlink建模语言

3. Experience in AUTOSAR configuration is preferred
   有AUTOSAR相关的配置经验优先

4. Familiar with V model development process or ASPICE process
   熟悉汽车电子开发的V模型或者ASPICE流程

5. Good oral and written communication skills in English
   良好的英语口语和写作沟通技巧

6. Highly motivated, team sense, good at thinking, responsibility, open mind
   能够自我激励；有团队精神；善于思考；有责任心；思路开放
