工作职责：

Job Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for the EHSS and Product Stewardship of related area and positions to ensure compliance of company policy and regulations and national laws and related regulations.
  负责相关区域和岗位的EHSS和产品管理工作，确保符合相关操作符合公司政策和国家法律法规
- Routine shipping operation and management, including import & export, domestic road transportation, multi-transportation, railway transportation, bulk delivery & sample delivery etc. (not limit to raw materials, finish goods and equipment etc.) 
  日常运输管理操作，包括进出口、国内公路运输、多式联运运输、铁路运输、槽车运输、样品快件等 (不限于原材料、成品、设备等)
- Site bonded material & bonded book management
  工厂保税物料和保税手册的管理
- Track all shipping status, ensure all inbound and outbound are timely to meet customer needs. maintain SAP data timely and accuracy.
  跟踪所有发货状态，确保所有进出货物及时到达和满足客户需求。及时和准确维护SAP数据。
- Establish and maintain an effective communication channel within logistics function team internally, CSR/MRP/sales and other stakeholder as well; keep good relationship with authority in accordance with compliance. Collect marketing intelligence for business development. Regularly participate in the training of customs regulations
  建立和保持跨部门间的有效沟通渠道，维护与政府相关机构的良好关系，关注并收集物流市场的相关信息，定期参加海关法规培训
- Regular review and maintain shipping logistics procedure, drive for logistics process improvement and optimization.
  定期审核和更新物流操作流程，推动物流流程持续改进和优化。
- Analyze and monitor logistics cost regularly, identify the opportunity for cost reduction. 
  定期跟踪和分析物流成本，识别降低物流成本的机会
- Logistics service provider (LSP) management, including not limit to design and monitor KPIs, spot check, performance review or complaint management. 
  物流服务供应商管理，包括但不限于KPI的设计和监控、供应商现场抽查、绩效考核或投诉管理
- Understand IATF16949 related requirements; provide customers with products and services that meet requirements in accordance with legal and regulatory, customer requirements and internal management processes.
  了解IATF16949相关要求，根据法律法规、客户要求和内部管理流程，为客户提供符合要求的产品和服务
- Other task assigned by supervisor.

Qualification Reuqired:

- -College or above graduate. 
  大专以上学历
-- At least 5 years experiences in logistic field, multinational company's logistics experience and in Chemical industry is an advantage. 
  至少5年以上物流相关岗位工作经验，有跨国公司物流经验和化工行业经验者优先
-- Experience in SAP will be a plus 
  有SAP操作经验
-- Fluent both oral and written English skill. 
  英语读写流利
- -Team player, communication and problem-solving skill. 
  具备团队协助能力，良好的沟通和解决问题的能力，以客户为导向
- -Willing to take work at pressure. 
  能承担一定的工作压力
