Drives Hardware Test Engineer

1. Job description

The role is for a Drive product verification and validation engineer

Responsible for:   Drive product HW verification and validation tests

2. Key responsibilities

Drive product HW verification and validation

Follow standard test procedures to perform dive product HW V&V test, including: Mechanical test, Safety tests, Climatic environmental tests, EMC tests, and Electronic functional test.etc.

Create test reports for the tests performed, analyze the test results and close the loop with designers.

Support design team to solve HW testing issues.

3. Working environment

Located in Shanghai Zhang Jiang office

THS4 Electronics Test Engineer

Conducts electronic/EMC tests, according to a pre-determined process or method, participates in test means modification and has some added value in results analysis.

4. Profile

5. Requirement

Electrical/ Electronic lab experience, drive product knowledge is a plus

Requirement: 

1. 了解变频器、伺服系统基本工作原理

2. 负责变频器整机或者研发阶段的EMC测试，性能测试、功能验证、Safety测试，环境测试、可靠性测试以及相关的机械结构测试等，按时撰写测试报告，并能对测试过程中出现的问题，进行简单判断和处理

3. 负责制定项目测试计划和测试方案，把我测试进度，定期对测试出现的问题进行分析和总结

4. 参与变频器整机系统测试方法研究和制定

Qualification:

1. 本科及以上学历，电力电子、电气自动化、机电、电子测量等相关专（能力突出者大专学历也可）。
2. 性别不限，具有三年及以上开关电源、逆变器电，或者其他电力电子产品硬件测试工作经验者优先。
3. 熟悉模拟电路、数字电路，能够使用示波器、万用表、数据采集仪等相关设备者优先。
4. 工作细致严谨，积极进取，执行能力强，有较好地沟通表达能力，具有较好的敬业意识、团队合作意识、质量意识。
