Core Responsibilities:

  

(a)    Provide integration, management and support to acquired companies from an I.T. process and strategic perspective;

  

(b)    Establish comprehensive, scalable and robust processes to ensure global infrastructure functions;

  

(c)     Design and support architecture strategy;

  

(d)    Manage global data centers and networks; - Global IT Scope

  

(e)    Implement new technologies and support existing ones;

  

(f)     Provide technical management, support upgrades of the global ERP system, JD Edwards; - Business Application Team Scope

  

(g)    Support applications, utility servers, and mainframe services;

  

(h)    Provide database support, storage management, capacity planning, configuration planning, change management, production control and scheduling, and technical support;

  

(i)     Support and manage maintenance contracts, equipment and software, including license management and compliance, asset inventory, asset refresh planning, IT procurement services, enhancement of cybersecurity and compliance, disaster recovery for supported services, and help desk support for infrastructure;

  

(j)     Support Wide Area Network (“WAN”);

  

(k)    Provide training and technical support for the Client;

  

(l)     Support core systems, including application planning and analysis, design/build, testing, implementation, maintenance and support;

  

(m)   Provide global support of workstations, software and configurations, installations, moves, adds, and changes, operational support, electronic software distribution, software and configuration management, and remote system management, including helpdesk support;

  

(n)    Provide computer equipment, maintenance and other software or services necessary or appropriate for the conduct of the business of the AP Group;

  

(o)    Assist in implementing the required strategy to optimize local information needs; and

  

(p)    Supervise data management to ensure systems compatibility.
